The SchönHause Story
After operating DBM Contracting for 20 years, owner David Schnitzler saw a shift in the type of renovations and finishes he was performing and decided to rebrand his company to bring it into the current time. Stemming from his German roots he named his company SchönHause, meaning Beautiful Home.
What We Do
Renovation projects include both new construction and repairs/restorations. Occupied job sites are never a problem
as we thrive on site safety and cleanliness. We can also plan, manage, and build multi-phase jobs.
